ITIL® Foundation, Lifecycle and Capability Modules Training

We provide trainings on all levels of ITIL® across the globe in both Lifecycle and Capability streams on Intermediate and Expert levels apart from Foundation level.

Foundation level gives a learner a good understanding of the framework and an overall understanding of IT Service Management.

Lifecycle stream covers these five modules: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement.

Capability stream covers these modules: Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA), Operational Support and Analysis (OSA), Release, Control and Validation (RCV) and Planning, Protection  and Optimization (PPO).

Post intermediate modules a learner can take Managing Across Lifecycle (MALC) module to attain 'Expert' level.
